The role of the Inside Sales Assistant is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to the plans of the customer and corresponding salesperson. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or vendors in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Inside Sales Assistant will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
    • Conceptual quoting / pricing
    • Order placement
    • Customer service / correspondence
    • Delivery of Equipment
    • Installation of Equipment
    • Customer / Project Follow-up
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
  • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
  • Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards
  • Minimizes our exposure and risk on project
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

Position Requirements

  • Understands basic revenue models – (Revenues – Costs = Profits)
  • Understands our pricing models and billing procedures
  • Assures project legal documents are completed and signed
  • Technically competent and proficient with various software programs (Microsoft Office programs)

  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problemsolving capabilities

Work Conditions

  • Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel / management
