Our sales representatives are self-motivated, resourceful and constantly searching for new ways to develop and expand our business. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, sales-driven, self-directed and a team player. Sales reps are in constant contact with current and prospective customers to ensure excellent customer service. Compensation includes base salary, strong commission plan & expense package. Benefits include major medical, 401(k), holiday & vacations. Occasional travel and overnight stays can be expected. 

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and pursue leads or potential customers
  • Speak with potential customers, marketing the benefits of our products and services
  • Work together with project managers to evaluate customer needs and configure and present equipment to meet those needs
  • Maintain contact with the customer, answering questions and resolving any issues. This is done in an effort to promote a positive customer experience and the potential for future sales

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Prior experience in the material handling industry a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Outlook preferred (but not required)
  • Candidate must be able to pass a drug and background check
